BIMM COMPANY PROFILE

BIMM Travel, and Safari Tours is part of a group of Limited Companies that are wholly Zambian owned and registered with the Registrar of Companies.

BIMM Travel, and Safari Tours which was established in 1999 is an initiative of three professionals who are currently the Directors of the Company, namely Mrs. D.A.K. Mulwila, Dr. J. Mulwila and Ms. I. Muyatwa.

MRS. D. A. K MULWILA: Who amongst other things is a holder of an LLB degree, Advocate of the High Court for Zambia, former Permanent Secretary in the Ministries of Land and Foreign Affairs, former Chief Executive at the then Zambia National Provident Fund (ZNPF), has also held other numerous high positions in society. She is the current Chairperson of the Travel Agents Association of Zambia (TAAZ), which she has held for the last three years and is currently the Deputy Auditor to the World Travel Association called UFTAA (United Federation of Travel Agents Association). She is also the Chief Executive Officer running the BIMM Group of Companies.

DR. JOHN MULWILA: Who is an Advocate of the High and Supreme Courts of Zambia, has, amongst other things, been a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Zambia for a long time specializing in Company and Commercial Laws.

He has also written a number of publications and carried out a lot of consultancies. Dr Mulwila has been a Member of Parliament and held Chairmanship on a number of Committees in Parliament. He was also a Member on the Electoral Reform Technical Committee as well as the Chairman of the Revenue Appeals Tribunal. He is currently serving as a Member on various Boards and Committees.

MS INONGE MUYATWA: Is a holder of a Bachelors degree in information technology and is currently studying for her MBA in the United Kingdom. Ms Muyatwa is a seasoned administrator working for the major electricity company in the Country called ZESCO (Zambia Electricity Supply Corporation).
